What Damga is and is not

Damga is a tool that helps you plan a Schengen visa application. It is not an official authority and has no affiliation with any government, consulate or visa application centre. It does not decide on visas, apply on your behalf, book appointments or guarantee a visa.

Document lists are based on the EU's official list for Türkiye, but countries may require more and rules can change. Checking the country's official site before applying is your responsibility.

Appointment radar rules

The radar is a community space where users share appointment openings they saw themselves. Damga never scrapes any booking site.

Only report accurate information you saw yourself. We have zero tolerance for false, misleading, spam or abusive reports. Such content is reviewed within 24 hours of being reported, removed, and the account is closed.

You can report any post with "Report as false or spam" and block users; you won't see posts from users you block.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not use an account on behalf of someone else or by automated means. We may close accounts that break these rules without notice.

Damga Pro and payments

Damga Pro provides, for a fixed period (Visa season: 90 days, Extension: 30 days), family files, unlimited files, 10 radar follows and 10 Document Studio documents a day, 60 a month.

Damga Pro does not renew automatically; when it ends you return to the free version and your data is kept. If you buy while you have active time, it is added to the end.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies. You can use your purchases on another device with the same Apple or Google account via "Restore purchases".

On iOS these terms apply in addition to Apple's standard licence agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

Document Studio

Texts produced by the Studio are drafts. Checking, correcting and signing them is your responsibility. They are not legal or official advice.

Limitation of liability

Damga is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of appointment reports, the completeness of document lists, or any visa outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
